4 Weeks - Your Personalized Yoga Experience
This is a personalized, 4-week journey designed for anyone who wants to begin a yoga practice but isn’t sure where to start, hasn’t found the motivation to start on their own, or is simply curious and ready to explore yoga in a supportive way.
This isn’t your typical yoga practice. We’ll work together one-on-one (or with a partner of your choice) in a highly customized setting. Each session will be tailored to where you are in the moment, with a personalized yoga class that meets your unique needs.
We’ll assess your strengths and identify areas you’d like to improve, both in your practice and personal life. I’ll introduce tools you can use not only during our sessions but also in daily life to help manage overwhelming feelings, anxiety, stress, and more.
Together, we’ll explore mindfulness, the benefits of Pranayama (breathing techniques), and the fulfillment that comes from various Asanas (yoga poses), to name just a few.
Weekly Overview:
Week 1: Discover your unique needs and physical and mental challenges.
Week 2: Learn new breathing techniques, including 3 Pranayama exercises.
Week 3: Explore yoga for the mind, body, and soul. You’ll learn how to integrate the principles of yoga both in practice and in life.
Week 4: Design your ideal sequence. We’ll create a complete yoga sequence tailored to support your goals and growth.
Note: Each session concludes with a physical yoga practice.
This journey can be experienced either in person (Perth,WA) or online.
